PROFI Modular workbench on wheels

The workbenches PROFI of the DPA line are offered in version on a base with feet, on pallet base or in mobile version. The surface carrying-capacity of the workbench is 800 Kg, for mobile versions it is 250 Kg. These versions are suitable especially for plants where technological flow is often changing. So then, you can smoothly reanrrange the workplace according to the new demands.
The workbenches´ desks are standardly made of 40 mm massive beech waterproof glued chipboard. Alternatively, we offer desks made of multiplex, laminated DTD desks with ABS edge, or special ESD desks.
The construction of the bases with feet, pallet bases and mobile bases is robust enough and enables smooth manipulation during the workbenches´ installation as well as during the eventual changes in workplace´s arrangement.
The PROFI containers of the workbenches are produced in many versions. In our assortment you can find the versions with doors, with drawers and also versions modified for power distribution and STL air distribution. The 13U containers are intended for modular and mobile workbenches. The height is a multiple of 1U = 45,44 mm. This parameter is usually used by 19" switchboards and it allows to inbuild the normalized devices.
We offer also a wide assortment of workbench accessories. It consists of EUROPERFO panels for tool holders clamping, height adjustable shelves, shelves furnished with a function of comfort dumping, canals for power distribution with variable option of circuit breakers setting, drawers and media distribution and also illuminating ramps and hanging systems for hand tools clamping.
