Who we supply

We sell to entrepreneurs, legal entities under public law and special funds under public law. 

Shipping methods and costs

VersandkostenThe shipping costs are usually communicated to the customer shortly after the pre-order is sent and depend on the value of the order, product type, volume of the goods and the place of delivery.

If the customer does not agree with the shipping costs, he can commission his own shipping company or cancel the pre-order free of charge. Sending the pre-order does not constitute an obligation to take delivery. The order only becomes binding upon confirmation of the order confirmation form.

Dispatch from stock (Dolni Brezany, Czech Republic; alternatively from another warehouse location in the Czech Republic): All prices are ex warehouse (EXW) including standard packaging. Pallet costs are excluded and will be charged separately if palletisation is required. Shipping, delivery and, if applicable, assembly costs are added separately and are shown in the offer or in the order confirmation.

Freight forwarder/carrierDelivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer by forwarding agent/carrier, possibly with a pallet shipping service or parcel shipping service.

Payment method and dispatch release

Prepayment as standardThe dispatch takes place after receipt of payment by bank transfer. In individual cases we can offer other payment methods (e.g. invoice by arrangement).

Delivery times

Non-binding datesDelivery dates quoted are approximate and may be postponed due to production and logistics. Force majeure, strikes, material shortages or delays on the part of upstream suppliers may lead to an appropriate postponement of delivery dates.

Start of the delivery periodWith the date of the order confirmation, after all order details have been clarified. The date of dispatch from our warehouse is decisive.

Delivery conditions on site

Accessibility by lorryThe customer shall ensure that the delivery address is accessible for lorries and shall inform us in good time of any special structural features (e.g. bridges, passages). Our delivery obligation ends at the place that can be safely reached by the carrier.

Unloading and acceptanceThe customer is responsible for unloading and transporting the goods and ensures that a person authorised to accept the goods is on site at the time of delivery.

Default of acceptance

If dispatch or acceptance is delayed for reasons attributable to the customer, you shall be in default of acceptance after notification of readiness for dispatch. We may charge costs for delivery/return delivery, interim storage and administration. During the delay in acceptance, we shall only be liable for intent and gross negligence.

Transfer of risk

When shippingRisk is transferred to the customer as soon as the goods are handed over to the forwarding agent/carrier - even if we bear the shipping costs.

In the event of default of acceptanceRisk is transferred upon refusal of acceptance or notification of readiness for dispatch.

Optional mounting

We only offer installation by separate written agreement. Requirements on site (level surfaces etc.) must be ensured by the customer; additional costs may be charged.
