Design, material and workmanship of the workshop cabinets
When you buy a workshop cabinet from DIVIKOM, you can be sure of high standards in terms of workmanship and material quality. The high-quality steel sheets are processed on the latest generation of CNC machines, the results of which are unrivalled in terms of accuracy of fit and smooth cutting edges. The subsequent joining by means of spot welding guarantees a distortion-free and particularly rigid Cabinet carcass. The cabinet body and pedestal are manufactured in one piece and can also be fitted with adjustable feet.
Doors as a particularly high-stress area
The double-walled door is also part of the torsion-resistant construction. The inner wall is fitted with a perforated plate, which serves to stabilise and at the same time to hold tools and storage boxes. On the outside, the door leaf is flush with the cabinet frame, creating a completely smooth cabinet body without any protruding parts. Even the pivot pins, which serve as hinges, are inserted internally and ensure smooth movement of the door leaf. At the same time, attempts to open the door by force are unsuccessful. Secure locking is ensured by a three-point locking system, which is operated by a rotating handle. The integrated cylinder lock with rotary handle always comes with two keys.
The interior fittings and load capacity
Depending on the height of the cupboard, two to four shelves can be fitted in a grid of 25 millimetres. Additional shelves are also available on request. The load capacity is 80 to 100 kg, depending on the size.
A drawer is available as an alternative for the low design of the tool cabinets. The drawer is mounted under the top cover of the cabinet and fitted with ball-bearing telescopic runners.
Dimensions
Two versions are available in terms of depth, 500 and 600 millimetres. In terms of height, you can choose between 1950 and 1170 millimetres. The standard width is 920 millimetres.
Colour design
All tool cabinet bodies are offered in light grey in accordance with RAL 7035 as standard. The doors can be finished in different RAL colours. The colouring is carried out using the tried-and-tested powder coating process with a particularly hard and wear-resistant surface.
