DIVIKOM only uses high-quality sheet steel. Despite its enormous stability, the metal can be processed extremely efficiently and precisely. This advantage, combined with precise computer-controlled processing machines, results in absolutely dimensionally accurate individual parts. These are then joined together to form a cabinet body using spot welding. The spot welding process has been used for many decades in car body construction in the automotive industry due to the distortion-free connection.

We use the tried-and-tested powder coating process for this. This colour application does not require any solvents or solvent-enriched primers, as is the case with wet painting. Lockers

These metal lockers are primarily used to store items of clothing and valuables. The dimensions and composition of these versatile steel lockers vary depending on the space required and the intended use.

Metal wardrobe as wardrobe locker

This is the most common type of locker. They are used wherever clothes need to be changed after certain activities. This includes all commercial areas, schools, hospitals, service providers and leisure facilities.

Double rebates in the cabinet body and double-walled doors ensure high stability. Extremely small gaps and inwardly positioned pivot pins on the doors prevent attempts to open them by force, so that valuables are also kept safe. Standard cylinder locks or, on request, padlocks also contribute to this. Electronic locks are also possible.

Rubber bumpers and opening limiters prevent noise from door slamming, while the limiters also prevent the leaves from overstretching. A natural air circulation system ensures fresh, dry air in the wardrobe, while a hat shelf and a clothes rail with three free-hanging plastic hooks keep the locker organised.

For space-saving models or for black and white separation, we offer horizontally partitioned locker cabinets or cabinets with Z-divisions. Lockers with lower heights can be offered for schools.

Suspension file cabinets

This type of cabinet makes optimum use of the interior space thanks to the suspended arrangement of the files. Pull-out file frames ensure an excellent overview and quick access. The pull-outs slide like drawers on ball-bearing telescopic guides.

Mobile pedestals

These handy containers fit under or next to any desk.

This is supported by smooth-running castors with ball bearings and plastic tyres. Mobile pedestals have plenty of space for hanging files and are dimensionally adapted to the desks. Documents are therefore always ready to hand and can be taken to different workstations at any time.

Laboratory cabinets

This is a special metal cabinet with double doors. The door leaves are fitted with glass panels so that the contents of the cabinet are visible at all times. The shelves are also adjustable in 25 mm increments so that office materials and files can also be stored here.

Whether with shelves only or combined with drawers, Workshop bar are particularly versatile in their use and equipped with double doors. A three-point locking system with a central cylinder lock ensures that stored items are kept safe. The door leaves can be fitted with perforated panels on the inside.

Three heights are available. The adjustment grid is also 25 mm here, with a shelf load of 80 kg. Precisely fitting storage boxes can be neatly lined up and ensure organised storage of individual parts and small parts.

Drawer cabinets

This subcategory Metal drawer cabinets includes cabinets with a top shelf that has a border and a foam pad. Versions include cabinets with double doors or without doors at all. In the doorless models, the drawers are locked via a central locking system with a single cylinder lock. Drawers can also be combined with compartments.

The drawers are all equipped with smooth-running ball bearing telescopic runners, which enable a pull-out of 80 or 100%. The handle strip on the front consists of an aluminium profile and has a labelling field and a transparent plastic cover. Raster strips on the left and right allow any compartment size division in the drawers. Plastic box inserts are also available.

CNC cabinets

CNC cabinets have been specially designed to hold tools for CNC machines in the machining sector. To ensure contact-free removal of the tools, the shelves are fitted with a steep incline.

Environmental cabinets

These models are also known as chemical cabinets. They ensure the safe storage of non-flammable chemical substances. The shelves have a perforated surface with a 16 litre drip tray underneath. This allows leaks from the containers to be safely contained.
