Your partner for welded assemblies and metal constructions
As a contract manufacturer for Sheet metal processing, machining and welding we provide you with complete metal solutions from a single source:
-
Welding of steel, stainless steel and aluminium
-
Welded assemblies made from laser parts, folded parts, turned and milled parts
-
Series production and recurring welded assemblies
-
On request: mechanical processing after welding
-
Powder coating and other surface treatments
This minimises interfaces, shortens your throughput times and provides you with ready-to-install assemblies that can be transferred directly into your production. You can also benefit from our Sheet metal processing - for precise metal parts and customised assemblies.
Welding processes that we use
Different welding processes are used depending on the material, component and area of application. Typical processes are
MAG/MIG welding
- MAG welding for unalloyed and low-alloy steels
- MIG welding for aluminium and non-ferrous metals
- High melting performance, ideal for frames, racks and constructions
This process is used when economical weld seams are required for medium and thicker materials.
TIG welding
- Clean, visually high-quality weld seams
- Ideal for stainless steel and visible weld seams
- Suitable for thin-walled components and high demands on seam quality
TIG welding is particularly suitable for housings, containers and components where appearance and precision are paramount.
(Other possible processes such as spot welding, stud welding or robot welding can be added if required).
From sheet metal parts to the finished welded assembly
The great advantage lies in the combination of several manufacturing processes in one company:
- Sheet metal parts are laser-cut, punched or nibbled.
- Then edged or mechanically processed.
- Suitable turned and milled parts are manufactured.
- All components are positioned in fixtures and welded together.
You receive a complete assembly in which all components are precisely matched to each other.
Materials and components that we weld
- Steel
Frames, racks, beams, machine components, reinforcements - Stainless steel
Enclosures, containers, covers, hygiene-critical constructions - Aluminium
Lightweight frames, housings, carriers for machine and vehicle construction
Combinations of sheet metal parts, profiles, tubes and machined parts are possible without any problems.
Typical welded assemblies and industries
Our welded assemblies are used in:
- Mechanical and plant engineering
Frames, brackets, protective panelling, substructures - Conveying and storage technology
Frames, brackets, support arms, protective grids, conveyor racks - Housing and switch cabinet construction
Welded housings, mounting frames, switch cabinets - Metal and steel construction
Structures, connecting parts, components for supporting and secondary structures - Special machines and fixture construction
Test fixtures, clamping devices, special frames
We will be happy to check your drawings and develop a production-ready solution together with you.
Quality and welding safety
Welded joints are safety-relevant - our quality and process requirements are correspondingly high:
- Experienced welders for steel, stainless steel and aluminium
- Reproducible processes with defined welding sequences
- Dimensional and visual checks according to specifications
- Documented tests for series and repeat parts
If your market requires special welding certificates (e.g. in accordance with EN standards), these can be added as an option.

From the enquiry to the finished welded assembly - in 5 clear steps
Your enquiry
For a well-founded assessment, please send us:
- Drawings or 3D models (STEP, PDF, DXF/DWG)
- Materials and material thicknesses
- Quantities (individual parts, small or large series)
- Tolerances, surface requirements, test requirements
- Desired delivery date
- Delivery address (Germany or Austria)
Testing and production concept
We check weldability, clamping concept, seam accessibility, distortion potential and dimensional accuracy. If required, we make optimisation suggestions for:
- Better accessibility of the weld seams
- Reduced warpage
- More economical production
Offer and scheduling
You will receive a clear offer with prices and delivery times. Framework agreements and customised call-offs are possible for series assemblies.
Manufacturing, welding and finishing
The individual parts are manufactured, prepared and welded in fixtures. We also offer
- Straightening, grinding and cleaning the weld seams
- Mechanical finishing (drilling, milling, threading)
- Surface treatment such as powder coating
Packaging and dispatch
The finished assemblies are packaged for safe transport and delivered with labelling, parts lists and documentation on request.
