In the many years of close co-operation with our customers throughout Europe, we have been able to combine all aspects into a perfect workbench.

Professional system workbenches with a pallet frame have the same stability as Workbenches with feet. Nevertheless, the palletised shape of the substructure allows for quick relocation using a pallet truck or forklift. This means that the changeover of a production line or a new workshop layout, including the contents, can be carried out quickly and with little loss of time. The load capacity is still a full 800 kg.

Pallet substructures offer high stability despite rapid relocation

Profi system workbenches with pallet substructure have the same stability as workbenches with legs. However, the palletised shape of the substructure allows for quick relocation using a pallet truck or forklift. This means that the conversion of a production line or a new workshop layout, including the contents, can be carried out quickly and with little loss of time. The load capacity is still a full 800 kg.

In our individual product descriptions you will find further information on the dimensions and combinations of the standard models. However, customised combinations can also be configured according to your requirements. The individual components consist of carcass, doors, shelves and drawers. The latter can be loaded with 90 kg with 80% pull-out or 65 kg with 100% pull-out and glide on ball-bearing telescopic runners. The interior can be subdivided as required using dividers in a grid of 25 mm. The sturdy aluminium handle strip, which extends across the entire width, has a title block under a removable transparent plastic film. Security is provided by cylinder locks with two locks each.

Accessories such as power or media distributors and versatile tool holders can be added for further rationalisation.

The material used in detail

Multi-layer glued and oiled beech wood with a thickness of 40 mm has proven its worth as a table top for many decades. However, multiplex boards, DTD Lamino boards with ABS edging or special ESD boards are other alternatives. All other workbench elements are made of indestructible quality sheet steel, which is provided with a hard and durable powder coating. Special RAL colours are available on request.

Common properties

The workbenches in the PROFI range are available with a pallet frame, with legs or on wheels. The load capacity of the work surface is 800 kg, 250 kg for mobile versions. These versions are particularly suitable for Workplaceswhere technology flows are often changed. Workstations can be easily reorganised to meet new requirements.

Workbench tops:
Made of solid, waterproof glued laminated beech wood panels, 40 mm thick as standard
Alternative variants: Multiplex, melamine boards with ABS edges or special ESD boards.

Racks:
Pallet racks, racks with feet or mobile racks have a stable construction that allows easy manipulation when moving in or changing workstations.

PROFI drawer cabinets for workbenches:
Variants with doors, Drawersversions with power strips and air distributors. Drawer cabinets in 13U design are intended for modular and mobile tables.
