This stable version of the system workbench with legs offers high stability and load-bearing capacity for workbenches that are rarely moved. The legs form a unit with the plinth frame and create a ground clearance of approx. 130 mm at the front. The individual leg elements are connected to the left and right with a closed skirting board. Equipment and accessories

You can choose between different versions with doors, shelves or drawers. Combinations with drawers and doors are also possible. The drawers have a ball-bearing telescopic runner, while the inner surface can be subdivided using appropriate dividers in 25 mm increments. A handle strip made of aluminium profile extends across the entire width of the drawer and is provided with a labelling field under a transparent hard plastic film. The individual drawers can be loaded with 90 kg with 80% runners or 65 kg with 100% runners.

Everything is locked with high-quality cylinder locks, each with two keys.

Materials used

The particularly high stressed element of a workbench is the table top. Our waterproof and multi-layer glued beech tops with a thickness of 40 mm prove to be highly resistant. Alternatively, you can also request multiplex boards, DTD Lamino boards with ABS edge or special ESD boards.

The body, base and legs are made of high-quality sheet steel, the individual parts of which are joined together using the tried-and-tested spot welding process. To support the design and provide long-lasting surface protection, all parts are Workbenches with a hard powder coating provided.

Common properties

The workbenches in the PROFI range are available with legs, with a pallet frame or on wheels. The load capacity of the work surface is 800 kg, for mobile versions 250 kg. These versions are particularly suitable for Workplaceswhere technology flows are often changed. Workstations can be easily reorganised to meet new requirements.
