For a sheet steel cabinet with universal application options, different sizes are available for specific applications. The depth of 400 millimetres remains the same for all sizes. The external dimensions, on the other hand, can be found in the following list:

- Universal enclosures with a height of 1950 millimetres can be supplied in widths of 1200, 920 and 800 millimetres.

- Sheet metal cabinets with an overall height of 800 millimetres can be supplied in a width of 920 millimetres.

- Steel cabinets with a height of 500 millimetres are also available in a width of 920 millimetres.

The adjustment grid for shelves is 25 millimetres. Four shelves are provided as standard for 1950 millimetre high cabinets, while the 800 millimetre high cabinet still has one shelf.

In addition to a perfect colour scheme, an appealing design also includes balanced proportions of individual cabinet elements such as door frames or frames, doors and plinths. The high fitting accuracy also plays its part, which is particularly noticeable when sheet metal cabinets are to be installed in rows.

Only the tried-and-tested powder coating is used for the colouring. The standard colour for the body is light grey RAL 7035, but the doors can be given the same shade or, depending on your requirements, a different RAL shade.

Powder coatings are applied at high temperatures, whereby the colour powder forms an inseparable bond with the sheet steel during the melting process. In addition, this coating is many times thicker and harder than wet paint. The end result is a very low-maintenance and wear-resistant surface that also protects the steel from corrosion.

A central rotary handle moves the latches at the top, bottom and centre securely into their receptacles. The standard equipment also includes a cylinder lock with two keys integrated into the handle. This means that contents that need to be protected from unauthorised access can also be stored in these cabinets. Even forcible opening is virtually impossible, as the small gap dimensions and internal pivot pins mean that there is no possibility of lever tools being used.
