Your partner for metal assemblies, welded assemblies and mounting assemblies
As a contract manufacturer for Sheet metal processing, machining and welding we offer you more than just individual parts:
-
Production of Sheet metal assemblies made of steel, stainless steel and aluminium
-
Welded assemblies from laser parts, folded parts, profiles and machined parts
-
Mounting assemblies with mechanical components and purchased parts
-
Procurement of standard and purchased parts on request
-
Surface treatment, labelling and packaging according to specifications
You will receive your Complete assemblies from a single source, reduce interfaces and relieve your own assembly workload. Also discover our Sheet metal processing - precise sheet metal parts and assemblies made of metal.
What we mean by assemblies
By assemblies, we mean ready-to-assemble units consisting of several individual parts:
- Sheet metal parts (laser parts, folded parts, punched parts)
- Turned and milled parts
- Profiles, tubes and connecting elements
- Standard parts and purchased parts (screws, fittings, hinges, seals, etc.)
We manufacture these components, process them into welded assemblies if required and then assemble them into complete assembly groups - including testing and documentation if required.
Advantages of subassembly production at the contract manufacturer
Fewer interfaces, less effort
Instead of sourcing many individual parts from different suppliers and assembling them in-house, we provide you with complete assemblies from a single source:
- fewer order items
- Fewer internal assembly steps
- Less coordination and logistics effort
Cost and process advantages
Bundling production and assembly often results in considerable savings:
- Optimised production sequence from laser cutting to assembly
- Lower stock levels of individual parts
- Standardised processes for series and repeat assemblies
Ready-to-install delivery
Our assemblies are supplied in such a way that they can be integrated directly into your machines, plants or systems - including on request:
- defined packaging
- Labelling, labels, serial numbers
- Accompanying documents and test reports
Types of assemblies that we manufacture
Sheet metal assemblies
Sheet metal assemblies are made from laser-cut, folded and possibly welded components such as:
- Enclosures, bonnets and panelling
- Machine enclosures and protective panelling
- Switch cabinets and mounting racks
Welded assemblies
Complex welded assemblies consist of sheet metal, profiles, pipes and machined parts:
- Machine frames and frame constructions
- Support arms, brackets and substructures
- Assemblies for conveyor and storage technology
Mounting assemblies
For assembly modules, we combine manufactured parts with purchased parts:
- Assemblies with hinges, locks, handles, dampers
- Pre-assembled functional units for machines and systems
- Components that can be used directly in your production
Typical industries and applications
Our assemblies are used in many industrial sectors:
- Mechanical and plant engineering - Frames, cabins, panelling, functional assemblies
- Conveyor and intralogistics technology - Frames, conveyor components, protective panelling
- Housing and switch cabinet construction - Enclosures, control cabinets, control panels
- Metal and steel construction - Components and units for supporting and secondary structures
- Special machines, devices, equipment construction - Customised functional and assembly modules
We will be happy to check your designs and develop a suitable solution together with you.

Your enquiry and documents
For a first offer please send us:
- Drawings or 3D models of the assembly (STEP, PDF, DXF/DWG)
- Parts lists with individual, standard and purchased parts
- Requirements for tolerances, surface and function
- Quantities and planned delivery dates
- Delivery address in Germany or Austria
Testing and production concept
We analyse:
- Which parts are manufactured internally (sheet metal parts, turned/milled parts, welded parts)
- Which standard or purchased parts we should procure
- What the optimum production, welding, surface and assembly process looks like
Offer and scheduling
You will receive a clearly structured offer with:
Production of the individual parts
We produce all the required parts in our specialised departments:
Assembly of the modules
In final assembly, we combine all components to create a ready-to-install assembly:
- Mechanical assembly according to drawings or instructions
- Functional and dimensional testing
- Documentation, labelling, provision in line with packaging requirements
