Description of the sheet metal spindle
This metal locker with two separate inner compartments is not only characterised by a high level of comfort and quality, but can also be used by two people at the same time. It is also ideal for use by one person, e.g. for black and white separation.
Our sheet metal lockers are stable thanks to four feet or a sturdy plinth frame. For better differentiation, the doors can have a different RAL colour from locker to locker, whereby the locker body itself is supplied in light grey as standard.
Quality sheet steel for a very sturdy cabinet body, ensuring a long service life. The tried-and-tested powder coating process ensures corrosion protection and an elegant appearance. The colour powder is melted at 180 degrees and forms an inseparable bond with the metal surface. The hard surface offers further advantages thanks to its resistance to scratches and cigarette burns.
Natural ventilation is one of the most important cabinet functions. The perforations for this are incorporated at the bottom and top of the front.
Internal pivot pins are used for increased security and convenience. However, the doors can be opened up to 100 degrees without any problems. A door opening limiter then prevents over-opening. Unnecessary noise is prevented by soft rubber buffers in the door frame.
The interior fittings include a clothes rail with three movable hooks and a hat shelf above. All doors with secure double panelling can be fitted with several lock alternatives. These range from the traditional rotary bolt lock to modern locking systems with cylinder locks. The electronic lock with smartphone operation is now also an increasingly popular alternative.
