The workbench for the workshop area, like the desk in the office, is an essential element in all production areas and especially in workshops, making rationalised work possible in the first place.

The term "bench" dates back to earlier centuries, when a "workbench" was primarily used in manual woodworking. Over the centuries, today's workbench - or work table - has evolved from a simple, sturdy wooden table to be used in various technical areas.

From mechanical engineering companies to electronic workshops, everything can be covered with our UNI series workbenches in conjunction with a wide range of accessories. This includes specific materials that meet the requirements of individual industries. For plant and mechanical engineering, for example, we recommend our variations from the DPB range, which, in addition to the modular design, can be optionally equipped with with feet or solid pallet substructures are available. The Pallet substructure on the other hand, enables a quick change of location using a forklift or pallet truck without having to remove the contents of the workbench.

As standard models and for quicker decision-making, we naturally have a complete range ready for you, in which the most important variations are included. If you require a customised version, please contact us and we will be happy to advise you without obligation. This can also include, for example, dimensional changes or a special colour for your company or Your facility.

Drawer systems and other fixtures

All workbenches in the UNI system can be customised in addition to the standard combinations.

• Shelves with a load capacity of 40 kg,
• Doors wearable with a cylinder lock
• Drawers in different heights With ball-bearing telescopic pull-out and 40 kg load capacity
• In terms of height, everything is subject to a 44.45 mm grid
• Freely selectable interior partitioning by means of grooves

All drawers can be pulled out to 100 %. The aluminium handle strips have a labelling field.

Bottom and side perforations for mounting metal partitions in the transverse direction are further options for customised design.

Components and accessories for UNI workbench system

For the metal and mechanical engineering sector, we offer a waterproof, oiled and multi-layer glued beech wood table top. Beech wood is hard and abrasion-resistant and is gentle on metal components.

Height-adjustable workbenches have proven to be an extremely practical solution for training facilities, training workshops or other special requirements.

You can order workbenches (ESD) with antistatic table tops from us especially for the electrical and electronics sectors and their entire service area.

The accessories listed below can be used for all trades. These include

Quality, steel and colouring

UNI- Workbenches are robust and versatile with an attractive design and a long service life. The innovatively designed steel construction ensures stability and robust properties. As a material, steel is unrivalled in its highly efficient workability and resistance. Special C-profiles also help to stabilise the construction. A load of up to 500 kg is therefore perfectly possible. It can also be anchored to the concrete floor. When you buy a workbench, the design should not take second place. Our balanced dimensions of the individual components and rounded edges, combined with the colour scheme, create an aesthetic appearance. This is an important factor that significantly enhances the enjoyment of work.

All workbenches are powder-coated in a scratch and impact-resistant colour. The standard colour is light grey RAL7035. In addition to the decorative appearance, the powder coating provides excellent and long-lasting corrosion protection.
