Mobile workbenches are available in a variety of alternative designs that cover all conditions relevant to work and production. Thanks to our many years of experience on the entire European market, we are familiar with all relevant conditions, which include high functionality and therefore effectiveness as well as a motivating effect on the user.

It is not uncommon for the workbench to have to be moved to where the work needs to be done. This can occur in the case of maintenance or repairs or in connection with regularly changing areas of use and technology flows. Mobile bases, with two fixed castors on ball bearings and two corresponding swivel castors, ensure that the mobile workbench is easy to manoeuvre. The swivel castors are fitted with parking brakes to ensure stability. The diameter of the wheels is 100 mm.

Equipment of the mobile workbench

The equipment with drawers, doors and shelves can be combined in a variety of ways. Mobile workbenches are designed for a total load of 250 kg. The drawers each have a load capacity of 90 kg with 80% runners or 65 kg with 100% runners. Ball-bearing telescopic pull-outs ensure unhindered removal of the contents. Organising is supported by grid strips on the sides and free dividers that can be inserted at 25 mm intervals. An aluminium profile with a title block, which is protected by a transparent plastic film, serves as a handle strip.

With accessories such as power or media distributors and versatile tool holders, further rationalised variations can be put together. Cylinder locks, each with two keys, ensure that the contents are kept safe.

Materials for mobile workbenches

All wheels have abrasion-resistant and smooth-running plastic tyres. We offer the 40 mm thick worktop in various materials. Our standard version is the oiled and glued multi-layer beech worktop. Alternatively, multiplex boards, melamine boards with ABS edges or special ESD boards are available.

The entire body as well as the doors, drawers and shelves are made of high-quality sheet steel. A hard powder coating gives the design its attractive appearance.

Common properties

The mobile workbenches in the PROFI range are available with castors. These mobile workbenches are particularly suitable for Workplaceswhere technology flows are often changed. Workstations can be easily reorganised to meet new requirements.

Workbench tops:
Made of solid, waterproof glued laminated beech wood panels, 40 mm thick as standard
Alternative variants: Multiplex, melamine boards with ABS edges or special ESD boards.

PROFI drawer cabinets for workbenches:
Variants with doors, drawers, variants with power strips and air distributors. Drawer cabinets in the 13U version are intended for modular and mobile tables.
