Preparation and pre-treatment
Each component is first thoroughly prepared:
- Degreasing to remove oils and residues
- Blasting or chemical pre-treatment
- Phosphating for better adhesion and corrosion protection
- Activation of the surface

Powder coating
The coating is applied electrostatically with a subsequent curing phase:
- Uniform powder application through electrostatic process
- Baking in the oven at a defined temperature (approx. 180-200°C)
- Large selection of RAL colours and textures (smooth, fine texture, coarse texture)
- Optional: special colours, effect coatings, two-component systems
