Preparation and pre-treatment

Each component is first thoroughly prepared:

  • Degreasing to remove oils and residues
  • Blasting or chemical pre-treatment
  • Phosphating for better adhesion and corrosion protection
  • Activation of the surface

Powder coating

The coating is applied electrostatically with a subsequent curing phase:

  • Uniform powder application through electrostatic process
  • Baking in the oven at a defined temperature (approx. 180-200°C)
  • Large selection of RAL colours and textures (smooth, fine texture, coarse texture)
  • Optional: special colours, effect coatings, two-component systems
