Innovative design solutions for Z enclosures
Clever solution for the interior fittings of the Z locker
With a standard interior design, the shelves are only used for half a width. Do you think this design is convenient for a user? Certainly not. The shelf in the upper compartment is shortened and you can't put anything bigger there because things fall down. The user of the lower compartment has no place to put small items or clothes. Everything should be at the bottom with a shoe.
Our practical design of Z lockers solves both of these problems - the user of the upper compartment has a shelf for the entire width and can store things comfortably, the user of the lower compartment has a shortened shelf, which is certainly better than no shelf.
At the same time, the space between the shelves in the Z wardrobe is sufficient for standard long jackets.
Extremely torsion-resistant, double-walled doors with door opening limiter
The doors of Z-Wardrobes are manufactured as double-walled as standard. This design makes the Z-doors extremely resistant to torsion and durable.
There is also the door opening limiter. The door opening limiter is a device that ensures that the opening angle of a door is limited to a specified position and serves as protection against damage caused by exceeding the limit position.

Ventilation system with chimney effect
Our ventilation system ensures effective and natural ventilation and drying of clothing.
The chimney effect is used for natural air exchange. Each locker is perforated from bottom to top for air exchange. The ventilation holes are in the base, rear, hat shelf and in the upper part of the cabinet at the front to ensure effective ventilation.
The self-ventilation concept is a very effective solution for drying clothes.
Preparation for forced ventilation
It is also possible to prepare lockers for forced ventilation. The ventilation system of metal lockers is, in this case, connected to the ventilation system. Forced ventilation ensures effective drying of damp clothes and extraction of air from the locker compartment. Lockers with exhaust ventilation are usually equipped with a sloping roof. However, it is possible to equip the lockers with an alternative flat roof.

Spare parts for Z enclosures
After the request, we can use the ZLockers with feetincreased Plinth or with a pitched roof.
The overall height with feet or raised plinth is 1920 mm.
The total height of the Locker with pitched roof is 2000 mm (with standard base).
Z lockers with bench seat
With the aim of bringing more comfort to users, the changing room can be equipped with Z lockers with benches. These can be free-standing benches or built-in benches (also known as bench bases).
The bench bases and underframes are made from 30×30 mm square tubing. The welded construction is stable and durable. Our bench bases are optionally equipped with a folding shoe rack or pull-out shoe drawers. The drawers can be locked with a cylinder lock. The locks in the cupboard door and in the shoe drawer are keyed alike for easy operation. The hinged shoe rack makes it easier to clean the bottom of the Z locker and the space below is more accessible. The use of Z lockers with a bench is often desirable.
Melamine-coated chipboard with ABS edges, spruce wood slats, beech wood slats or plastic slats can be used as the seat surface for bench bases.

How do you choose the right Z wardrobe?
