PROFI" tool cabinet for heavy loads
The "PROFI" model series is designed for tough everyday professional use with maximum load capacity (800 kg). This cabinet type is further subdivided into different model series with different heights and dimensions. You can also configure your very own customised cabinet by choosing different equipment and compositions of the interior fittings.
You can load the shelves with up to 100 kg, while the drawers can withstand a load of 40 kg. The doors can also withstand a load of 50 kg. EURO-PERFOPANELS, for example, can be attached to the perforated panel for storing objects and small parts.
Of course, a cabinet can also be fully equipped with shelves or drawers. However, drawers and shelves can be combined and added to each other in a grid of 25 millimetres. Different drawer heights also fit into this grid.
All drawers have a pull-out of 100 % and are securely supported by ball-bearing telescopic runners. On the inside, the drawers have a grid of 17 millimetres on the left and right for insertion strips, for free division of different compartment sizes. The compartments can be supplemented with trough-shaped metal inserts for better storage of small parts such as screws, pins or drills. Insert boxes made of frost-resistant polypropylene plastic in various colours and sizes offer another partitioning option.
All drawers have an aluminium handle strip with a large labelling field and a transparent plastic cover strip.

UNI" tool cabinet for average workshop operations
Tool cabinets do not always have to carry heavy loads. With the "UNI" model range, you can buy a cabinet at a particularly favourable price if you are not dependent on a load of up to 800 kg. You have the choice between different loads ranging from 200 to 600 kg. Like every "metal tool cabinet", the "UNI" models are made of sturdy, high-quality sheet steel.
Depending on your individual requirements, you can also choose between several heights, depths and widths. The load capacity of the shelves ranges from 80 to 100 kg, depending on the version. In addition, shelves can be combined with drawers in different heights, which can be subjected to a load of 50 kg.
The torsion-resistant door leaves are equipped with a three-point locking system, which is operated by a rotary handle and can be swivelled open with an opening angle of 110 %. They are locked using a cylinder lock, which is always supplied with two keys.

Metal tool cabinet as drawer cabinet
The special feature of drawer cabinets is the direct access to the individual drawers without having to open doors. All drawers can be locked via a central locking system. The use of shelves, which would therefore not be lockable, is therefore not intended, but not impossible. The drawers can be combined at different heights independently of this, with a grid of 25 millimetres.
As with all DIVIKOM drawers, ball-bearing mounted and therefore very smooth-running telescopic runners are also used here. The drawer can be pulled out up to 100 %, whereby the horizontal position is still maintained with a load of 50 kg.
The handle strip, which extends across the entire width, has a labelling field protected with transparent hard film.
To keep parts and small components neatly and clearly organised, all drawers are fitted with a locking rail on the left and right, allowing them to be divided up in 17 millimetre increments using plug-in strips. This also includes recessed inserts in the form of a half-round tray, which support the gripping of the smallest parts. But you can also purchase insert boxes made of frost-resistant polypropylene plastic in various colours and sizes from DIVIKOM.
The tool cabinet with drawers is also available as a mobile version. Two fixed castors at the rear and two lockable swivel castors at the front transport the required tools quickly and safely to their place of use. Entire rows of cabinets can also be linked together.
Cabinets at table height are fitted with a shelf and a protective mat. In terms of dimensions, you can choose between many different heights and widths, which can also be combined with each other.

Use of materials, design and processing
We only use high-quality sheet steel for processing in our company, which is processed on state-of-the-art CNC machines and systems. Burr-free cuts, double bends and folds ensure that cabinet edges and corners are minimised. High accuracy of fit and repeatability support the attractive design.
The individual cabinet components are finally joined using the tried-and-tested spot welding process, which prevents the otherwise feared "distortion" of the weld seams. The plinth and cabinet body are manufactured from a single piece.
Colouring and special customer requirements
The colour is applied using the powder coating process. The coloured powder is applied at slightly less than 200 degrees and forms a thick, hard surface that can withstand the harsh everyday operating conditions for decades. The standard colour is light grey RAL 7035, but the doors can be supplied in different colours.
