The range of workbenches for Operating equipment The range therefore comprises two basic versions, each available in fixed and adjustable heights. The frame is assembled into a robust construction using folded C-profiles made of quality steel. All the profiles used are manufactured on modern CNC machines with maximum accuracy of fit and clean edges. The legs can be anchored to the floor or fitted with adjustable machine feet. The already high stability can thus be significantly improved.
The forty millimetre thick worktop is made of laminated beech wood. Beech wood is very hard-wearing, abrasion-resistant and highly resilient thanks to the multi-layer gluing. So it is even suitable for the tough conditions in heavy industry. The load capacity of the sturdy, fixed legs is 500 kg. The load capacity of the height-adjustable legs is 350 kg.
All drawers are fitted with telescopic runners, which ensure very smooth running even when fully loaded. The extension width is 80 %, with a load capacity of 90 kg. The workbench with drawer unit has from one to 3 drawers, with the top one being kept flat. Measuring and hand tools as well as small parts can be stored here within easy reach. The lower drawer is about twice as high and can be used for power tools and fixtures.
The Workbench with single drawer is only available in the high version. Tools, aids and measuring tools can be stored together here thanks to appropriate compartmentalisation using dividers and the use of precisely fitting plastic boxes. All drawers, regardless of their height, are also equipped for the use of dividers and plastic boxes.
A sturdy frame can also be attached to the table top of the workbench with drawers to hold a perforated panel, which can also be fitted with storage boxes. Small parts such as screws or fittings for assembly work, for example, can be temporarily stored here. The perforated panel can hold tools or devices that are used continuously but should not take up any space on the worktop or in the drawers.
An energy bar can also be accommodated in the frame of the drawer unit.
